For more than 25 years, Pebble has been helping schools and PTAs keep track of income and expenditure with our fund management software. In that time, we’ve witnessed education establishments come under increasing pressure to manage their finances and generate income to support their extracurricular and enrichment projects.

Today, we’re proud to announce the launch of Tali, your fund management software completely redesigned and rebuilt to help schools better deal with the financial challenges they currently face.

As well as making a host of improvements to the features that have been supporting schools for over two decades, we've also made it easier for academies and PTAs to account for voluntary donations and receive their share of more £600m in Gift Aid that goes unclaimed each year.

We've listened to our customers and Tali now includes a long list of the features you've been asking for. From improved group management to contextual transaction detail, we've added a wealth of functionality that will save you even more time when you're accounting for your trips, projects, and other activities.

Take control of your school's finances

We've made it even easier for you to keep track of your school's income and expenditure. You can run customisable transaction reports, produce graphs of individual accounts, and generate audit-ready reports at the click of a button so that you can be confident you're always in control of your money.

Tali allows you to record transactions manually; import them from ParentPay, sQuid, and other online payments platforms; and assign ledger codes and VAT information ready to export to your other financial management systems. Seamlessly integrated with Pebble’s forthcoming Trac software, Tali makes keeping track of every penny a breeze.

Effortlessly account for every donation

We’ve streamlined donation entry to make it even easier to record the voluntary contributions your organisation receives. You can enter multiple transactions at the same time, flag them as Gift Aid, and assign eligible donors from one single interface so you can be sure you’ve got all the relevant information for every donation.

Tali automatically alerts you if you haven’t got all the details you need to claim Gift Aid so you can update them straight away and make sure you receive the tax relief on all the donations you receive.

Automatically generate claims to HMRC

We’ve made completing your Gift Aid submission to HMRC as effortless as possible. When you’re ready to submit your claim, Tali will generate a fully formatted report at the click of a button ready for you to upload to the HMRC website and get a 25% uplift on your fundraising.

Designed to meet HMRC’s latest standards, Tali's Gift Aid report makes cutting and pasting data in spreadsheets a thing of the past, giving you confidence that every submission you make is 100% accurate.

Manage donations made through ParentPay

Our integration with ParentPay removes the friction from receiving donations. If your school uses ParentPay for online payments for uniform, trips, or catering, you can also use it to ask for voluntary contributions from your parents and supporters.

Simply create a payment item for your fundraising and Tali will handle the rest; automatically importing donations and matching them with the appropriate Gift Aid donors ready to be included on your next claim.
